We are seeking a Contracts Manager to join and expand our in-house legal team. This role will serve as the primary owner of commercial contracting operations with responsibility for both the day-to-day contracting process and the buildout of a scalable contracting infrastructure. You will partner closely with the Principal, Legal Affairs and cross-functional stakeholders across SEMI to increase efficiency, manage risk and prepare the organization for its next stage of growth. This is a mid-level individual contributor role and an excellent opportunity to play a foundational role in shaping how contracts support and enable the business.
This is a full-time exempt position and reports to the Principal, Legal Affairs in our Milpitas, CA Headquarter location.
