Contracts/Billing Clerk

Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Contract/Billing Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing sales contracts, preparing invoices, and managing customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contract Processing: Review and process vehicle sales contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with dealership policies and legal requirements.
• Invoice Preparation: Prepare accurate and timely invoices for vehicle sales, parts, and service.
• Customer Accounts: Maintain accurate customer accounts, including tracking payments, resolving billing issues, and processing refunds.
• Document Management: Organize and maintain all contract and billing documents.
• Compliance: Stay up-to-date on state and federal regulations related to sales contracts and billing.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns regarding contracts and billing.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrates a high “HQ” (Hospitality Quotient) consisting of kindness & optimism, intellectual curiosity, work ethic, empathy, self-awareness, and integrity.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Automotive Accounting and Reynolds & Reynolds experience preferred.
• Skills:
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
• Proficiency in computer systems, including dealership management software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit for extended periods, use a computer keyboard and mouse.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds (e.g., boxes of documents).
