Job Description: Your Impact

We are seeking a passionate and proactive Controller to lead our Accounting and Finance teams. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to not only ensuring our financials are timely and accurate but also nurturing a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.

Job Duties: How You Win Everyday

• Oversee the daily operations of the AR/AP teams, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in financial regulations
• Maintain the integrity of financial reporting and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
• Dive into problem-solving and address any financial discrepancies or challenges promptly and effectively
• Foster an environment of growth by mentoring team members, providing training opportunities, and encouraging professional development
• Celebrate team and individual wins to build morale and enhance team cohesion
• Prepare timely financial statements, reports, and analyses to support strategic decision-making
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize financial processes and support overall business objectives

Qualifications: What You Offer

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) strongly preferred
• 5-10 years of progressive accounting experience
• Proven track record of strong leadership and managing people
• Working expertise of GAAP and associated accounting standards
• Experience in financial reporting and compliance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• High technology agility with experience in multiple ERP's and General Ledger
