This is a high-profile, high-impact role where you'll work directly with Operations Directors, Commercial Finance, and other big players in their business. If you love operations as much as you love a clean set of financials, you'll feel right at home here.

What You'll Be Rocking:

• Run the Show: Monthly closing, journal entries, forecasting, budgeting, and setting standard costs youll be all over it.
• Tell It Like It Is: Dig into the data, spot the story, and present monthly financial results and trends to senior leadership (no sugarcoating).
• Find the Wins: Support cost-saving initiatives, help drive smarter capital projects, and find hidden opportunities that move the needle.
• Be the Connector: Act as the finance "go-to" for operations, bridging the gap between the shop floor and the boardroom.
• Own Compliance: Maintain tight financials, from SOX compliance to asset protection and internal controls, and ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
• Think Big: Get involved in strategic planning, scenario modeling, and ad-hoc analysis that actually helps us win in the market.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance (bonus points for CMA or other certifications).
• 5-7 years of real-world finance experience in manufacturing (you know how manufacturing plants really operate).
• ERP system ninja skills SAP preferred.
• Advanced Excel chops, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and macros you can do it all in your sleep.
• Extra credit if you know your way around BIA or HFM.
• You are organized, proactive, and not afraid to set your own priorities.
• You can translate "finance-speak" into real talk for leadership and teams.
• You solve problems creatively, think strategically, and execute like a boss.
