Compensation: The role described below offers a base salary of $78,000 - $95,000. Your offer will be determined based on how your qualifications align with the requirements of the position and internal equity. In addition to the stated salary, TFC’s Total Rewards package includes a comprehensive benefits plan.

The Family Conservancy (TFC) is seeking a Controller to join our dynamic team. As the Controller, you will play a critical leadership role in supporting the financial integrity and sustainability of The Family Conservancy (TFC). Reporting to the Vice President of Finance, you will oversee day-to-day accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, maintain internal controls, and support compliance with nonprofit regulations and grant requirements. This is an opportunity for a detail-oriented and mission-driven financial professional to contribute to the long-term fiscal health of a dynamic, impact-focused organization.
