Requirements
- Strong Accounting Operations ExpertiseTake full ownership of the accounting operations at the property level, managing everything from A/P and A/R to delivering monthly financials across several properties and projects

Responsibilities
- Oversee accounting operations: Own the full accounting cycle including general ledger, A/P, A/R, and fixed assets to maintain clean financials across multiple properties, ensuring strict GAAP compliance.
- Month-end close and reporting: Drive the month-end close process, deliver financial statements, and guarantee timely, accurate reporting that supports strategic business decisions.
- Cross-Functional Partnerships: Partner closely with Asset Management to keep expense management tight and reporting aligned.
- Team leadership and development: Lead and mentor the accounting team, championing process improvements and cultivating a high-performance culture.
