CAP3 is seeking an experienced Controller to manage the financial operations for multiple clients across various industries. You’ll serve as the primary point of contact, oversee accounting activities, and provide insights that help clients make informed business decisions. Deadline to apply: September 10, 2025 

What You’ll Do

  Oversee daily accounting operations, reconciliations, and reporting

  
  


• 
  

  Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts

  
  


• 
  

  Serve as the main client liaison and build strong relationships

  
  


• 
  

  Lead and mentor Staff & Senior Staff Accountants

  
  


• 
  

  Manage cash flow, payroll, and compliance requirements

  
  


• 
  

  Provide clients with insights, solutions, and strategies for growth

  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 
  

  Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

  
  


• 
  

  5+ years of relevant accounting/financial experience

  
  


• 
  

  Proficiency with QuickBooks Online & Microsoft Excel

  
  


• 
  

  Experience managing and mentoring accounting staff

  
  


• 
  

  Strong communication skills and attention to detail

  
  


• 
  

  CPA license preferred but not required
