Who: A leading $20M services company is looking for a Controller with strong QuickBooks expertise.

What: You’ll manage full-cycle accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance using QuickBooks.

When: This full-time role is available immediately.

Where: On-site in Doraville, GA.

Salary: $90,000 annually.

Position Overview:

The Controller will be responsible for all accounting operations, including maintaining the general ledger, preparing financial statements, managing budgeting and forecasting processes, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. This role requires deep experience with QuickBooks and the ability to work independently in a growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all accounting functions including AP, AR, payroll, and month-end close

• Prepare financial statements and management reports

• Develop budgets and financial forecasts

• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls

• Manage audits and liaise with external accountants

• Maintain and optimize the use of QuickBooks for daily operations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a service-based company

• Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
