Controller

We are seeking an experienced Controller to join our dynamic team in the manufacturing industry. The Controller will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the company, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, impeccable attention to detail, and a proven track record of financial management in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:
• Manage all aspects of the company's financial accounting, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accuracy of financial data.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for management and external stakeholders.
• Analyze financial performance and provide insights to drive business decisions and improve profitability.
• Coordinate with department heads to develop and monitor departmental budgets and ensure alignment with overall financial goals.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and other financial operations to ensure timely and accurate processing.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting requirements.
• Lead and develop the finance team, providing mentorship, training, and guidance to support professional growth and performance excellence.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA designation preferred.
• Minimum of 5- 7 years of progressive experience in financial management, with at least 3 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Proven leadership abilities with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong analytical skills and strategic mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
