Summary:
Title: Controller
Location: Scottsdale, AZ (in-office)
Pay: $120-130k + bonus
Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
Maintain month end and quarterly end close schedules
Oversee proper and accurate balance sheet reconciliation and reviews
Review all department quarterly and annual budgets and approve them
Create and track financial KPI’s
Identify areas of improvements and implement those improvements to enhance controls
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Analyze data and assist other departments to ensure accuracy
Collaborate across various departments
Support any system changes and testing
Complete sales and property tax filings
Partner with outside tax preparer
Be the point of contact for Yardi related support
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
REQUIRED: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
REQUIRED: 6+ years of accounting experience
REQUIRED: 1+ years of being in a controller capacity
REQUIRED: Yardi software expert
