 Financial Analysis

Create and maintain Company metrics that assist in monitoring operations.

Manage and propose updates to financial policies and procedures.

Responsible for project management as needed.

Assist the CFO in the fiscal / business affairs of the corporation.

Create and maintain company metrics that assist in supporting operations.

Skills:

Knowledge of GAAP, budgeting, financial reporting and analysis required.

Be an active participant in proposing solutions to problems and making recommendations for improvements

Strong time management skills and attention to detail

Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.

Must possess sound business acumen and the ability to establish credibility, trust and partnership at all levels of the organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting; CPA or graduate degree preferred.
• Significant and demonstrated experience in accounting and accounting software, with 5 or more years’ experience.
• Familiar with Window’s based software and experience within a network environment and a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word and Excel.
• NetSuite experience is a plus.
