About the Role
We’re working with a confidential client seeking a Controller to partner closely with the CFO and CEO, building scalable systems, strengthening internal controls, and streamlining processes to support rapid growth. This is a high-impact position for a results-driven finance leader who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.

You’ll own the general ledger, lead the month-end close, prepare US GAAP financial statements, and play a critical role in integrating acquisitions into a consolidated accounting function. You’ll also deliver timely, data-driven insights to guide strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and refine accounting processes, internal controls, and workflow efficiencies.

• Oversee general ledger and sub-ledger reconciliations.

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close cycles.

• Prepare and present accurate US GAAP financial statements.

• Assist with annual budgeting and forecasting.

• Review and approve AP vouchers and weekly payment runs.

• Leverage technology to automate accounting workflows.

• Support cross-departmental initiatives and staff training.

• Lead post-acquisition integrations.

• Develop and track KPIs for leadership reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance required; MBA or Master’s preferred.

• CPA highly preferred.

• 5–10 years in a similar role, ideally in Healthcare or Consumer Services.

• Private Equity, M&A, and acquisition integration experience highly preferred.

• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.

• Proven success in a multi-site environment.
