How You Will Contribute

• Direct and implement all accounting and operational functions including budget planning.
• Support leadership in short- and long-term organizational planning and introduce timely and relevant reporting process enhancements.
• Manage AP/AR functions and provide team leadership.
• Manage all reporting including invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, credit management, collections, regulatory reporting and tax planning.
• Lead operational process and procedures improvements.
• Lead technology enhancements.

About YOU!

• Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance or a related field; CPA licensure preferred.
• 10+ years' experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of manufacturing and compliance regulations;.
• ERP experience required; SAGE MAS 100 or similar system experience preferred.
