Controller - Sage Intacct - Opportunity to Make a Difference

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Construction Controller with expertise in Sage Intacct to oversee all financial aspects of our organization. The Controller will be responsible for financial planning, record-keeping, and reporting, as well as managing financial risks.

**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
- Proven experience as a CFO or in a similar executive financial leadership role
- In-depth knowledge of Sage Intacct software and financial management systems
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities

- Experience working in a Not for Profit organization

**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement financial strategies in line with company goals
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Monitor cash flow, financial performance, and risk management
- Provide financial analysis and guidance to senior management
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Manage relationships with financial partners, auditors, and other stakeholders
