• Support the Passenger & Light Truck Tires Original Equipment (PLT OE) Americas financial planning processes, including the strategic planning, operational planning (budget), and monthly forecasts; support the monthly actual and forecast process, including reporting of the profit and loss statement, market performance report and risks and opportunities

• Monitor and book customer sales accruals

• Achieve transparency on all drivers to the PLT OE Americas financial results by providing all necessary reconciliations and analysis

• Provide weekly updates of estimated financial results for the current month; prepare relevant business scenarios and analysis to business partners to drive positive impacts to the PLT OE Americas results; conduct training and guidance on all key business processes including Key Account Management (KAM), Sales, Manufacturing, and R&D

• Participate in efficiency improvement initiatives by identifying process inefficiencies, drive improvement solutions by working with teams across functions, if necessary; learn new tools in the area of data analytics and artificial intelligence
'• Financial interface for customer quotes.

Support the sales account teams with customer quotations as a trusted financial advisor

• Evaluate business cases and support decision making on future business strategies

• Special projects, as required

Qualifications

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or comparable degree program
2+ years experience in Finance and/or Controlling.
Experience in financial budget/financial controlling process
Experience in MS Excel and other financial tools
Ability to travel internationally occasionally (1-2 trips per year)
