Controls Engineer

Position Overview: 

This Controls Engineer position is responsible for designing, developing, installing, managing and/or maintaining equipment which is used to monitor and control engineering systems, machinery, and processes.  

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS 

• Actively researches latest automation developments as part of company continuous improvement 
• Liaise with customer Process to identify and implement control system improvements 
• Program and troubleshoot PLCs, variable speed drives, and instrumentation 
• Collaborate with Engineers and Venders on new equipment construction and installation
