Job Description - Controls Engineer
Role
As a Control Systems Engineer (also known as Automation Engineer, Controls Technician), you'll be responsible for developing troubleshooting tools, engineering control hardware/software upgrades, ensuring equipment functionality, and training maintenance technicians. You'll also perform preventative maintenance, maintain specification standards, and repair and troubleshoot control systems. A high level of safety awareness is required, along with the ability to interact professionally under high-pressure situations.

Qualifications
Experience programming Allen Bradley/Rockwell and Siemens PLC/HMI software.
Knowledge of Industrial Networks (Ethernet I/P, Device Net, Profibus, ControlNet).
Proficiency in Auto CAD Electrical for developing schematics, panel layout, and bill of materials.
Experience with VFD and Servo drive systems.
Ability to read and understand electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics and prints.
