$12.48/hour + Bonuses

Part-Time or Full-Time | Multiple Shifts

About Hometown Markets
We’re a locally owned chain of convenience stores, gas stations, and car washes serving Owosso, MI. At Hometown Markets, we believe every shift is a chance to serve the community with a smile.

Position Overview
We’re hiring Convenience Store Associates for all shifts. Right now, we’re focused on filling our Afternoon Shift (2 PM–10 PM or 3 PM–11 PM), but applicants can choose their preferred schedule:

Morning Shift: 6 AM–2 PM or 7AM - 3 PM

Afternoon Shift: 2 PM–10 PM or 3 PM–11 PM (Currently Open)

Overnight Shift: 10 PM–6 AM or 11 PM–7 AM

Your Role Includes:

Customer service at the counter and pumps

Stocking merchandise and monitoring inventory

Cleaning and organizing the store and restrooms

Cash handling and shift paperwork

Following safety and store procedures

Requirements:

Age 18+ with HS diploma or equivalent

Driver’s license + reliable transportation

Pass background check

Retail/service experience helpful but not required

What We Offer

Starting pay $12.48/hour

Retention bonus program ($200 at 90 days + $200 at 180 days)
