Convenience Store District Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated, results-oriented District Manager to lead operations across 10–15 convenience store locations within a designated region. This pivotal role is responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring operational consistency, building and developing strong teams, and elevating the customer experience across the district.

As the link between store-level operations and senior leadership, the District Manager will play a key role in executing strategic initiatives, achieving financial targets, and fostering a culture of excellence.

    Oversee daily operations across multiple convenience store locations to meet and exceed sales, fuel, and profit goals.

Who We’re Looking For:

    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).

    3–5 years of successful multi-unit management experience, preferably in convenience, retail, or foodservice.
