Convention Set-up person

The Monroeville Convention Center has been renovated and is as busy as ever!  The MCC is looking to hire an Event Space House Attendant to help make our meetings, conventions, and shows a success.

What you will do:

• Prepare the venue for upcoming events.
• Move and set tables, chairs, drapery, food items, and whatever else is needed to make our variety of events run smoothly.
• Keep MCC areas clean of debris and trash during events.
• Break down room sets from events and prepare them for the next event.

The House Attendant has a starting pay of $16 per hour.  The MCC offers health and time off benefits to our full-time team members.

Who we are looking for:

• A dedicated and hard worker, willing to do the work to make events run smoothly.
• Someone with previous set up experience is a plus.
• A person interested in setting up and servicing a variety of different events from week to week, small to large.
