Accountabilities
- Design and develop conversational AI solutions using Google CCAI.
- Interface with clients to develop user journeys and influence decision-making through AI.
- Create sample dialogs and prototypes for voice and digital interactions.
- Establish conversation design best practices and reusable patterns.
- Guide the identification of intents, phrases, entities, and contexts.
- Apply NLP/NLU concepts and practices to the conversational design process.
- Collaborate with developers on integrating data into experience design.
- Participate in playback sessions, QA reviews, and go-live support.
- Analyze data to identify trends and optimize conversational performance.
- Support ongoing monitoring and improvement of deployed AI products.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in conversational design in fast-paced environments.
- Hands-on experience with Google Dialogflow, Amazon Lex, Tensorflow, IBM Watson, or Microsoft Bot Framework.
- Familiarity with Gen AI design techniques.
- Strong grasp of NLP fundamentals and machine learning concepts.
- Excellent communication, time management, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask effectively in dynamic settings.
- Strong interpersonal skills for building rapport with clients and teams.
- Bachelor's Degree in HCI, technology, design program, or related field.
