Job Summary:

Full Beaker is looking for a highly motivated, data-driven Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist to drive our A/B testing programs across our Education and Mortgage verticals. In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving meaningful improvements to conversion rate, revenue per impression, and crucial user experience metrics by managing the A/B testing process from hypothesis to implementation and analysis.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and prioritize A/B testing opportunities based on business goals and user insights within the mortgage and higher education sectors.

  • Work closely with product, design, and development teams to implement and iterate on tests, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

  • Maintain optimization calendar and cadence, and communicate blockers, action items, and key results to stakeholders.

  • Create clear and detailed Jira tickets and proactively advocate for issue prioritization.

  • Monitor test performance, analyze results, and provide future testing recommendations based on data.

  • Balance user experience improvements with revenue impact, ensuring both are addressed in testing strategies.

  • Tie measurable outcomes to department and company goals, ensuring alignment with your testing objectives.

  • Identify testing patterns and insights that inform long-term product roadmap adjustments.

  • Manage day-to-day partner set up and tracking.

  • Optimize existing monetization features to maximize revenue, adhering to budget constraints.

Qualifications:

  • 3-4 years of relevant experience in digital marketing optimization, performance marketing, consulting, project management, or related field.

  • Experience managing A/B testing programs and optimizing digital experiences.

  • Strong understanding of funnel metrics (e.g., drop-off rates, conversion); ability to tie user behaviors directly to revenue outcomes.

  • Strong analytical skills and experience reporting on key learnings to stakeholders.

  • Familiarly with A/B testing platforms (e.g., Convert, Optimizely), front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript), and UX design tools (e.g., Figma).

  • Familiarity with heatmaps, session replay tools (e.g., Hotjar, FullStory), and user journey mapping to identify optimization opportunities.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once and proactively communicate deliverables, timelines, and action items to stakeholders.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves, learn, and get the job done.

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.

While not required, it’s great if you have:

  • Experience with SQL.

  • Experience designing qualitative user surveys or interviews to supplement quantitative test data.

The best things about this job:

  • Reporting directly to our Senior Director of Product, you’ll have the chance to make significant contributions to our product roadmap and collaborate with our leadership team to grow our business long-term.

  • You'll work in a collaborative environment with talented people who have a broad range of experience

  • You'll enjoy creative freedom when building new things and improving existing ones

  • You'll be encouraged to learn: we provide a $1500 budget per year that covers books, courses, and conferences

  • We provide full-time employees with full benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage with available coverage for close family members

  • We also provide performance bonuses, 3 weeks of paid vacation, 12 weeks of paid parental leave, and a sick PTO policy that boils down to "don't come in until you feel better"

  • You’ll be supported but never micro-managed
