COO-Business Execution Consultant

Randstad Strategic Accounts is looking for a business professional with a knowledge and proficiency working in the banking industry. We have a role that we are looking to fill for a contract position with a top tier bank in the financial industry. salary: $50 - $53.13 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

-The need is for the resource to improve workflow optimization
-Workforce management-Performing health checks on execution and operations
-Extracting and scrubbing data, they will take data, export to excel, perform pivot tables, formulas and present current and future status updates
-Utility type need-they will need to look at all activity and put within a structured environment
- Analyzing production reporting
-Workload optimization, capacity optimizations
-Improved workflow execution through tableau dashboards
-Taking organization and streamlining in to reporting
-Leadership perspective
-Presentation of where volume of work is increasing and where it is decreasing
-Understanding the trajectory of the produced assessment
