JawFish Restaurant is part of a bold, large-scale revitalization project and recently opened in November of 2025. The hotel next door is being completely renovated into a dual-branded Hyatt, with openings planned this year. While the hotel project takes shape, JawFish was the first to open its doors setting the stage for the propertys exciting new chapter. 

We are hiring a night Cook to join our kitchen brigade. If you re passionate about food, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to help shape the identity of a brand-new restaurant, this is the place for you.

Available Roles:

  Cook 1 (Preparation and Support)
  
  
  
  
  • An entry level role supporting the line, banquets, prep work, and other diverse kitchen responsibilities.
  
  
  • Requires 1 year of kitchen or dish experience, with knowledge of food handling, storage, and prep techniques.
  
  
  
  

• 
  Cook 2 (Line Support/Versatile Cook)
  
  
  
  
  • A mid-level role supporting the line with cooking, prep, and diverse kitchen responsibilities.
  
  
  • Requires 2+ years of kitchen experience, with knowledge of food handling, storage, and prep techniques.
