This is a rare position with no weekends, no evenings and no holidays! We are seeking a skilled and experienced Full-Time Cook for our Emerald Crest Memory Care facilities. This position works in our commissary kitchen, located in Burnsville. Your passion for cooking nutritious and appetizing meals will be highly valued by our memory care residents. We would love for you to join our team today!

Hours: Monday – Friday, 5:00am to 1:30pm
Pay: $22.00- $26.00

Cook Responsibilities:

· Prepare and cook meals in our commissary kitchen in Burnsville.

· Package meals to be picked up by our courier service for delivery to our 3 locations (Burnsville, Minnetonka, and Shakopee).

· Assist with ordering food and general supplies.

· Assist with receiving and verifying all food deliveries.

· Assist with maintaining proper inventory for each site.

· Maintain positive communication between the commissary kitchen and households to ensure residents diet needs are being met.

· Maintain all state and federal compliance.

Cook skills and requirements:

· 2+ years’ experience in institutional and/or quantity cooking equivalent required.

· Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM) license upon hire or willing to obtain.

· Ability to speak and read English.

· Basic math skills.

· Ability to work independently.

· Ability to follow instructions.

· Detail oriented.

· Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with others.
