Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Prepares assigned meals based on the menu provided by the Executive Chef and/or Sous Chef
• Preps food ahead and uses time effectively so that workspace is clean and organized
• Maintains a clean kitchen including, but not limited to sweeping and mopping freezer, walk-in refrigerator, and dry storage

Requirements

 Qualifications and Experience

• Prefer one (1) year experience cooking in a restaurant or similar environment
• Keep up in a very high paced kitchen.
• Pass Background Check
• Pass Routine TB Test
• COVID Vaccine Required
