Patriots Glen is hiring Cooks at their Assisted Living Community in Bellevue

• Pay is $23.00 - $26.00 per hour DOE
• Full Time and Part Time available  
• willing to work weekends
• Food Handlers Permit Required
• CPR/First Aid required
• 1 Year Experience

Summary of Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve meals in accordance with the menu, recipes and special diet restrictions.
• Interact with residents on a daily basis to ascertain their views, suggestions and concerns on meals served at the direction of Food Service Director.
• Perform tasks as assigned on cleaning schedule.
• Maintain and record proper temperature controls, food storage and food rotation.
• Adhere to safety and sanitary practices.

Requirements

• Obtain and maintain a Food Handler’s Permit
• Must have an active ServSafe certification.
• Must possess the ability to read, write and speak English.
• Must be dependable
• Able to lift 50 pounds unassisted
• Must be in good health and physically/mentally capable of performing assigned tasks
• Must possess knowledge of safe sanitation practices, safety practices and special diets
• Must be able to work in Bellevue, WA
