SUMMARY
The Cook is responsible for the highest freshness, preparation, and presentation of all food served for the Club’s restaurants and private event venues, ensuring a five-star member dining experience and member expectations are exceeded.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES
Knowledge of food professional principles and practices, including understanding food allergies.
Exceptional cooking skills.

In-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local food handling regulations.

Requirements
EDUCATION, CERTIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
1 to 3 years prior experience as a cook, prep-cook, line-cook, preferred.
18 years old.
Fluent in written and conversational English.
Comfortable working in a hot and noisy environment.
Must stand for long periods and move freely through the Club’s kitchens.
Frequently lifts, carries, pulls, and pushes up to 40 lbs.
EXPECTED WORK HOURS
This is a partial-year or seasonal position with a full-time schedule (32 hours per week)
Daily shifts are available starting as early as 6:00 am and ending as late as 8:00 pm.
Should be open to a flexible schedule based on business needs, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Overtime may be required to meet increased membership needs. Required overtime could extend the workday to 10+ hours.
