Highlight of Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook breakfast and brunch menu items to order, following recipes and presentation standards.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Ensure proper food handling and storage to meet safety and sanitation standards.
• Monitor food quality and consistency, adjusting as necessary to exceed guest expectations.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized workstation and kitchen environment.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, breakfast/brunch-specific items, and kitchen equipment.
• Familiarity with food safety and sanitation standards (ServSafe certification is a plus) and portion controls.
• Efficient in preparing and plating high-quality dishes, able to handle a fast-paced kitchen environment, time management
• Ability to multitask and prioritize during busy shifts.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds

• Detail-focused, adaptable, calm under pressure
• Early Morning Availability Required – applicants must be able to work early morning shifts to support the restaurant's opening hours of 7 a.m. and ensure a seamless start to our breakfast and brunch service.
