Cook Responsibilities include:

• Assist in creating menus and preparing restaurant-style meals for the residents in our community.
• Prepares daily menu items as needed, following proper food handling techniques using SERV Safe standards.
• Maintains cooking equipment and performs daily cleaning duties.
• Offers excellent customer service and phone etiquette.
• Covers, labels, dates, and stores leftover items properly.

Cook Qualifications:

• At least one year of prior cooking experience is required; preferably in a restaurant or country club setting.
• Culinary arts degree and line cooking or ala carte experience preferred.
• SERV Safe Certification and exhibition cooking or catering experience helpful.
