Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain professional relationships with IHOP Team Members
• Prepare food according to IHOP SOP manuals
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work station
• Comply with health, sanitation, and safety guidelines

Qualifications:

• 6 months to 1 year of related experience
• Ability to read and understand recipes and orders in English or Spanish
• Basic mathematical and reasoning skills

Physical Demands:

• Regularly stand, walk, and sit
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds occasionally
• Close and distance vision required

Work Environment:

• Exposure to various kitchen conditions
• Must be at least 18 years old to operate kitchen equipment
