Responsibilities

• Complete Zaxby’s Back of House Development Plan & training
• Prepare and cook all menu items to Zaxby’s quality standards
• Follow recipes, portion guidelines, and food safety procedures
• Operate fryers, grills, and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain proper food storage, rotation, and labeling
• Keep workstations clean, stocked, and organized throughout shifts
• Assist with inventory and restocking as needed
• Ensure kitchen cleanliness and sanitation standards are met at all times
• Support team members and management with additional tasks as assigned
