  What You’ll Do

• Prepare and execute high-quality dishes aligned with menu standards 
• Own your station during service—organized, efficient, and consistent 
• Plate with precision and attention to detail 
• Support smooth service flow by assisting with expediting 
• Contribute to both à la carte and banquet operations 
• Maintain strict food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards 

  What You Bring

• 1–2+ years of kitchen experience (fine dining or high-volume preferred) 
• Strong understanding of cooking techniques, flavor profiles, and presentation 
• Ability to stay composed and perform in a fast-paced environment 
• Team-first mindset with strong communication skills 
• Close attention to detail and commitment to quality 
• Culinary degree or certification (a plus) 
• Valid Food Handler’s Certification
