Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals according to standardized recipes and dietary requirements.


• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food preparation areas.


• Ensure all food is stored and handled safely to comply with health regulations.


• Collaborate with dietary staff to accommodate special dietary needs.


• Monitor inventory and notify management of supply needs.


• Assist in menu planning and recipe development as needed.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a cook or in a kitchen environment preferred.


• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.


• Ability to follow recipes and directions accurately.
