Kitchen Team Member / Cook
We are looking for consistent and dependable kitchen team members who enjoy working side by side with others to build a strong kitchen team. At Culver’s, our kitchen team plays a key role in delivering great food, fast service, and an excellent guest experience.
We offer very competitive pay for kitchen team members and a variety of hours. We are willing to work with different schedules, but open availability is preferred.
Responsibilities:
Prepare workstations, ingredients, and kitchen equipment
Cook and assemble food according to Culver’s standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen
Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
Work closely with the kitchen team and managers
Move quickly while staying accurate and focused
Help maintain quality, freshness, and presentation of food
Requirements:
Previous kitchen or restaurant experience is preferred but not required
Must be dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
Must be able to work well with others
Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Must follow directions and food safety procedures
Must be willing to learn and grow with the team
Open availability is preferred, but we offer flexible scheduling.
