What You’ll Do

As a part-time Cook at The Landing with Pizza 9, you’ll keep our kitchen running fast, clean, and consistent during busy evening and weekend shifts. This role exists to deliver accurate food, on time, every time.

Responsibilities:
- Prep, cook, and plate menu items to spec
- Follow recipes, portioning, and ticket times
- Maintain food safety, sanitation, and a clean station
- Communicate clearly with teammates to keep service moving

Required skills/qualifications:
- Solid culinary fundamentals, including knife skills and recipe execution
- Food safety and sanitation knowledge (ServSafe certification)
- Strong time management, attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork
- Comfortable in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Your Shift Flow

You’ll clock in, get set up, and review what the rush is likely to look like. During service, you stay detail-oriented and keep a steady pace as tickets come in. You communicate early and clearly when something changes, adjust quickly, and keep a positive attitude even when it’s busy. Between waves, you reset your space, stay organized, and stay motivated through swing shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
