Sky Dine, Colorado, a rapidly growing restaurant new to the Eagle County Regional Airport, is looking for a motivated and reliable cook to join our kitchen team! If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and bring a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for food, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

As a cook, you’ll play a key role in keeping our kitchen running smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing ingredients: washing, peeling, chopping, slicing, and measuring
• Following recipes and portion guidelines to ensure consistency and quality
• Labeling and stocking ingredients in proper storage areas
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of prep stations and kitchen tools
• Basic cooking tasks
• Monitoring food freshness and discarding expired items
• Complying with food safety and sanitation standards
• Communicating effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow

• Prepare and cook delicious meals according to our recipes and standards

• Ensure food quality, presentation, and safety always

• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment

• Collaborate with the team to provide excellent service to our guests
