Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook nutritious meals in accordance with dietary guidelines and individual client needs

- Ensure all food is prepared and stored in compliance with safety and sanitation standards

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food preparation areas

- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed

- Collaborate with healthcare staff to accommodate special dietary requirements

- Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a cook, preferably in healthcare, rehabilitation, or similar settings

- Knowledge of nutrition and dietary restrictions

- Ability to follow recipes and adapt menus based on dietary needs

- Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation standards

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills

- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
