THE JOB:

 As a Chef de Partie, you are responsible for overseeing a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and presentation are consistently maintained. You will supervise junior kitchen staff, ensure adherence to sanitation and safety protocols, and work closely with Sous Chefs to deliver exceptional culinary experiences that align with the brand’s quality standards. 

• Prepare and cook menu items in your designated section according to recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards.
   
• Supervise cooks within your station, providing guidance and training.
   
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in the kitchen area at all times.
   
• Communicate with other sections and leadership to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
   
• Maintain inventory and inform the Sous Chef of low stock or ordering needs.
   
• Uphold all health, safety, and food hygiene standards in compliance with local regulations.
   
• Participate in menu development and suggest improvements or new dish ideas.
   
• Control wastage and contribute to the achievement of food cost targets.
   
• Handle and store food items properly to avoid spoilage or contamination.
