Description

Our Cooks are the heart of the kitchen, preparing and serving delicious, consistent food at our café locations. They take pride in knowing the menu, keeping the kitchen clean and organized, and making sure everything runs smoothly. Cooks follow recipes and plating guidelines, stay on top of prep work, and keep their stations stocked throughout the day. They work closely with baristas and the leadership team to ensure every order is right and every guest leaves happy. From daily cleaning to opening and closing duties, Cooks help maintain a safe, welcoming kitchen. They also follow food safety practices, communicate any maintenance needs, and handle guest concerns with care and professionalism. 

Requirements

• Previous cook or kitchen experience preferred but not required
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Able to stand for prolonged periods of time frequently
