Job Description - Cook for Fine Dining

Prep-Cook/Cook:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Prep Cook to join our team. An ideal candidate must have a passion for food and a strong understanding of meal preparation. Ensuring that the kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently. This position requires commitment to food safety standards and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties
Preparation of ingredients for meals, including washing, chopping, and measuring. Follow recipes and instructions from the head chef or kitchen manager. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including proper storage of food. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene.

Skills
1 year experience in a restaurant setting. Familiarity with various cooking techniques. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff. Experience in meal preparation. A passion for culinary arts and willingness to learn new skills.
