Schedule: Full-Time, 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM, including weekends

Position Summary

Our Cooks prepare high-quality, nutritious meals that meet company standards and food safety regulations. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while providing exceptional service to our residents.

Essential Responsibilities

• 
  

  Assist in maintaining an organized and efficient food service department

  
  


• 
  

  Prepare and serve attractive, nutritious meals according to established menus and recipes

  
  


• 
  

  Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations

  
  


• 
  

  Demonstrate proficiency in food production techniques while consistently meeting quality standards

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment

  
  


• 
  

  Work collaboratively with team members to ensure exceptional dining experiences for residents

  
  

Qualifications

• 
  

  Minimum of three (3) years of cooking experience in a similar role

  
  


• 
  

  Experience preparing meals for large groups preferred

  
  


• 
  

  Knowledge of special diets and senior nutrition is a plus

  
  


• 
  

  Current Food Handler Certification required

  
  


• Clean background check


• 
  

  Knowledge of safe food handling and sanitation practices

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to read, understand, and follow recipes accurately

  
  


• 
  

  Strong teamwork and communication skills

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

  
  


• 
  

  Flexibility to work weekends and varying schedules as needed
