Cook - Full-Time

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to the highest standards of quality
• Follow recipes accurately and ensure all meals are prepared to the correct specifications
• Monitor food stock levels and place orders when necessary
• Ensure that all kitchen equipment is clean and in good working order
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment at all times
• Work closely with other team members to ensure meals are served to customers in a timely manner

• At least 2 years of experience working in a professional kitchen, preferably in healthcare facilities
• Excellent culinary skills and a passion for cooking
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills and ability to work well with others
• Have or willing to obtain Idaho State Food Handlers Permit
