Compensation: $16.00/ hr

What You'll Be Doing: 

• Prepare and cook food in accordance with production schedules and high-quality standards.


• Keep a sharp eye on inventory, rotating stock, and minimizing waste like a pro.


• Help develop and execute plans to keep food costs efficient and sustainable.


• Ensure your workspace is always clean, safe, and fully stocked.


• Support Sweet Rose Ice Cream Shop by prepping house-made treats.


• Jump in where needed: receive deliveries, support monthly audits, and learn the property’s systems.


• Contribute to a positive, respectful team culture—because good food tastes better when made with good vibes.

What We're Looking For: 

• At least 18 years old with reliable transportation.


• 2+ years of restaurant or kitchen experience.


• A team player with great communication, attention to detail, and time management skills.


• Professional, adaptable, and cool under pressure.


• High school diploma or GED in hand.


• Clear, respectful communication


• Strong problem-solving and quick thinking


• Rock-solid dependability


• Ability to adapt to the ever-changing pace of the kitchen


• A spirit of teamwork and collaboration
