Cook - LLV Inverness

Lutheran Life Villages is hiring a full-time Cook for the Village at Inverness campus, located in southwest Fort Wayne. If you have prior experience as a Cook in a healthcare setting and a passion for service to others, apply today!

This is a full-time position that includes weekends and some holidays.

Who You Are:

• Experienced cook who can prepare high-quality meals for our residents


• Ability to follow recipes and provide sufficient quantities for all meals


• Team player with a passion for service


• Knowledgeable in the food service and sanitation standards 

What You Need:

• Previous Cook experience, preferably in a healthcare setting


• Ability to adhere to all sanitary / food service regulations


• Ability to follow recipes


• Ability to work independently


• Strong communication skills


• Ability to organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines


• Ability to work weekend, holiday and extended shifts
