Job Description - Cook / Manager Needed

Cook/ Manager needed for School food service program in the Miami, FL areas. Monday through Friday. Part time position, 6.5 hours daily. No weekends or Holidays. Summers off.

Cooking experience required. K - 12 school experience a plus.

Duties to include:

Food prep

Cooking

POS/ register

Following recipes

Stocking

Ordering

Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen.

Following all food safety, sanitation, and personal hygiene regulations.

Inventories

Oversee kitchen area and staff, etc.
