Cook Room Machine Operator

Description

Key Responsibilities

- Operate cooking equipment like kettles, vats, boilers, and steam cooking equipment

- Read and follow work orders, recipes, and production specifications

- Monitor and adjust temperature, pressure, and ingredient flow

- Collect and inspect product samples for quality control

- Clean and sterilize equipment and work areas

- Maintain detailed production logs and records

Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Experience working with industrial cooking machinery

- Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills

- Ability to work efficiently and safely in hot, noisy environments

- Strong attention to detail

- Capability to work independently and meet production quotas
