Cook - Stonegate (Per diem) #2597

Cook - Stonegate - Per-Diem - $22.75 hourly rate - The area's highest quality assisted living residence providing a warm and compassionate community - 11:30am-7:30pm, minimum of two (2) shifts per month including weekends - The Cook will support the Lead Cook in daily cooking operations. The Cook is responsible to ensure the highest quality and standards of meals are professionally prepared plus presented with excellence.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Culinary degree or related experience.
• Experience as a Line Cook, Prep Cook or Sauté Cook.
• Skill and experience with Hotel, Country Club and/or Restaurant menus.
• Ala Carte Dining Experience preferred.
• ServSafe certified, able to obtain certification within 6 months of employment.
• Flu vaccine required during flu season.
