THE JOB:

As a Cook at Bellagio's Mayfair Supper Club, you'll craft exceptional cuisine in one of Las Vegas' most celebrated fine dining destinations, where every dish is a work of art. Working alongside an elite culinary team, you'll combine precision, creativity, and passion to deliver unforgettable dining experiences that exceed guest expectations and create lasting WOW moments. Bring your talent to a world-class kitchen where excellence, innovation, and hospitality shine on every plate.

THE STARTING RATE: $27.4514/hr

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Maintain solid knowledge of food products and skillfully apply culinary techniques
• Identify and safely use kitchen equipment
• Restock kitchen supplies and food items required for service
• Properly label and date products to ensure safekeeping and sanitation
• Maintain solid menu knowledge and attention to detail with plate presentation
• Assist kitchen leadership and staff in execution of service
• Maintain solid knowledge, understanding and preparation of base sauces, stocks and soups
• Work as a team, assist all guests' needs and inquiries

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Work on call varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
• 1+ years of prior relevant experience as a Cook preferred
• Previous high-end or fine dining experience strongly preferred, with familiarity in elevated culinary standards and fast-paced kitchen operations
• Formal Culinary training preferred
