**Job Summary:**  

Symphony of Tri-Cities is looking for high-level culinary talent to elevate the dining experience for our residents and guests. Mealtime is one of the most important parts of their day, as it is a time to connect with others and enjoy nutritious and flavorful meals. Our culinary staff plays a key role in making this possible.

**Essential Functions:**  

- Follow dietary orders and recipes  

- Operate kitchen equipment safely  

- Promote and adhere to food and dietary sanitation practices  

- Follow state, federal, and facility dietary policies and procedures  

- Promote and facilitate teamwork  

- Provide excellent customer service  

- Uphold a high standard of ethics  

- Demonstrate dependability  

**Qualifications/Experience:**  

- Must be available to work weekends and some holidays  

- Ability to effectively communicate with families, guests, and co-workers  

- Ability to foster a positive environment and teamwork approach  

- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills  

- Willingness to work every other weekend
